Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Loopit Live and any related services provided by Egemen Sezen. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1 · Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Loopit Live ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including users who have purchased the App or any in-app features.

2 · License

Subject to these Terms, Egemen Sezen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable App Store terms.

3 · Permitted Use

You may use Loopit Live to:

Record, loop, and layer audio and MIDI in real time
Create, save, and export musical sessions and projects
Use third-party Audio Unit plugins within the app
Perform live using the app's looping and sequencing features

4 · Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Copy, modify, create derivative works of, or distribute the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, logos, or labels in the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Use the App to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App

5 · Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and all related materials, is owned by Egemen Sezen and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Egemen Sezen.

You retain full ownership of any audio recordings, MIDI sequences, and project files you create using the App. By using the App, you do not grant Egemen Sezen any rights to your creative content.

6 · Third-Party Plugins and Content

Loopit Live supports third-party Audio Unit (AU) plugins. These plugins are developed and maintained by third parties, not Egemen Sezen. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or data practices of third-party plugins. Use third-party plugins at your own discretion.

7 · Updates and Changes

Egemen Sezen may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may modify, add, or remove features. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

8 · Disclaimer of Warranties

        The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Egemen Sezen does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
      

9 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Egemen Sezen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Egemen Sezen's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

11 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
